丹参药材浸出物和有效成分相关性研究及《中华人民共和国药典》相关标准的商榷

Study on correlation between determination of extractum and effective ingredients content of Salviae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizoma and discussion about the relevant standards in Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China

摘要 目的:探究丹参药材浸出物和有效成分的相关性。方法:按《中华人民共和国药典》方法对18批丹参药材的浸出物进行测定,采用高效液相色谱法对18批丹参药材有效成分的含量进行测定,在此基础上,对浸出物和有效成分含量进行相关性研究。结果:丹参浸出物含量越高,有效成分含量越高;浸出物含量越低,有效成分含量越低。结论:丹参有效成分含量和浸出物含量具同步相关性。建议《中华人民共和国药典》将丹参水溶性浸出物测定方法改为热浸法。 Objective: To investigate the correlation between the content of extractum and effective ingredients of Salvia miltiorrhizae radix et rhizoma. Methods: The extractum of 18 batches of Salvia miltiorrhizae radix et rhizoma was determined by the pharmacopoeia method. The content of effective ingredients in Salvia miltiorrhizae radix et rhizoma was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). On the basis of this, the two sets of data were fitted to find out the relationships. Results: The results showed that when the content of extractum was higer, the content of effective ingredients was higher. The opposite was also true. Conclusion: This study provides a basis for the synchronous correlation of extractum and effective ingredients of salvia miltiorrhizae radix et rhizoma. The determination method of water-soluble extracts in Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China is suggested to use hot dipping method.
