摘要
补中益气汤出自金元时期著名医家李东垣之《脾胃论》,具有调补脾胃,升阳益气功效。主治脾胃气虚、气虚发热及清阳下陷等诸证。其基本应用指征是体倦乏力、少气懒言、面色苍白、脉虚软无力等症。然不同的疾病,其病机相同,可以运用相同的方法治疗,即所谓“异病同治”。蒋开平教授认为补中益气汤在治疗腰痛、耳鸣、咳嗽以及便秘方面有显著的效果。其中,“腰痛”一病需辨清虚实两端,实则寒湿、湿热、瘀血等;虚则脾、肾亏虚等,采用补中益气汤进行治疗,其与病机结合,因而治疗效果较好。蒋开平教授抓住患者劳累后耳鸣加重,疲倦乏力、头晕的辨证要点,辨为脾胃气虚,清阳不升证;补中益气汤也与病机相结合,因而能够取得较好的效果。对于咳嗽患者,蒋开平教授认为其也是由虚劳所致,因而这一治疗方式也与病机相符。便秘主要是由脾气不升所致,因而在治疗的过程中结合病机,采用补中益气汤进行治疗,也取得了显著的效果。因此,补中益气汤具有一定的效果,值得应用。
Buzhong yiqi tang is from Treatise on Spleen and Stomach,written by Li Dongyuan,the famous medical master in Jin and Yuan dynasties.This formula acts on regulating and tonifying the spleen and stomach,ascending yang and benefiting qi and indicates in treatment of spleen and stomach qi deficiency,fever due to qi deficiency and the sinking of clear yang.The basic physical signs include lassitude,short breathing,dislike to speak,pale complexion and deficiency and weak pulse.For different diseases,if their pathogenesis is same,the same therapeutic method is applicable.Prof.Jiang Kaiping believes that buzhong yiqi tang is significant effective in treatment of lumbago,tinnitus,cough and constipation.Lumbago is differentiated as the deficiency and the excess.The excess type refers to cold damp,damp heat and blood stasis.The deficiency type refers to spleen and kidney deficiency.Tinnitus is aggravated after overstrain,complicated with lassitude and dizziness,hence,it is differentiated as spleen and stomach qi deficiency and failure of clear yang to ascend.Cough is caused by overstrain and constipation is mainly caused by failure of spleen qi to ascend.All of these disorders share the same pathogenesis,hence,buzhong yiqi tang is applicable and the significant effect is achieved.Such formula deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
