摘要
谢强辨治久聋不囿于常法,以变通为要。认为久聋病机多为气滞痰凝血瘀及经络阻滞,致内耳缺血缺氧是其关键;临证宜用动药、动功,活血化瘀,升阳开窍,以及耳周腧穴针刺宜重、宜深、取穴宜多、加用灸法或其它理疗方法等施治,以改善内耳微循环及增加内耳供氧,有助于听力的恢复。这些独具特色的经验,对临床辨治耳聋具有借鉴意义。
XIE Qiang's differentiation and treatment of long-term deafness is not a common method,but be flexible.He considers that the key of long-term deafness is qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation,blood stasis and meridian block,and which makes the inner ear ischemia and hypoxia.He believes that the treatment of long-term deafness should use dynamic drugs,dynamic exercise to promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,ascending yang and inducing resucitation;acupuncture of auricular acupoints should be heavy and deep,and together with Moxibustion or other physiotherapy,etc.and all of which may improve the inner ear microcirculation and increase the oxygen supply and recover hearing.These unique experience of differentiation and treatment of deafness has a good reference significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of deafness.
