摘要
针对套筒窑对煤气流量、压力、热值等参数的刚性需求,全面分析论述了转炉煤气热值波动大对石灰产量、质量的影响,增设煤气混合调控装置,实现石灰产能提高、品质优良、转炉煤气回收率上升的综合效益。
In view of the rigid demand of annular shaft kiln for parameters such as gas flow rate,pressure and heat value,the effect of big fluctuation of heat value of convert?er gas on the output and quality of lime is comprehensively analyzed and discussed.A gas mixing control device was added to achieve overall benefits of increased lime production ca?pacity,improved quality and higher recovery rate of converter gas.
