摘要
针对石化企业大型火灾,研发了一种液氮泡沫灭火技术。该技术利用液氮在常压下1∶700的气化比特性,液氮与泡沫混合液在专用混合装置内经改变两相流体流场,形成耦合流体,实现快速产生超大量微气泡的目的,以此为技术基础,研制了可替代压缩空气泡沫灭火系统(CAFS)的液氮泡沫灭火系统(LNFS)。通过不同尺度的灭火测试,验证了液氮泡沫系统产生的泡沫均匀细腻、抗复燃能力强、氮气与泡沫双重灭火、灭火效率高的优点,解决了现有吸气式泡沫系统用水量大、灭火效能低等问题。
A liquid nitrogen foam fire extinguishing technology was developed for large scale fire in petrochemical enterprises.Taking advantage of the 1:700 gasification ratio of liquid nitrogen under normal atmospheric pressure,a gas-liquid coupling fluid was mixed with nitrogen gas and foam solution two-phase flow in a special mixing device,producing a large number of micro bubbles quickly.Based on this technology,a liquid nitrogen foam system(LNFS),which could replace the compressed air foam system(CAFS),was developed.Fire extinguishing test at different scales proved that the foam produced by the liquid nitrogen foam system was superior for evenness and finess,strong resistance of reburning,dual functionextinguishingbynitrogen and foam,and high efficiency of extinguishing fire.Liquid nitrogen foam system solved the problem of large water consumption and low extinguishing efficiency of the existing foam system.
