摘要
通过对涨断连杆断裂螺栓的物理性能、断口分析以及涨断面分离间隙的理论计算分析,结果为:高速时连杆盖与连杆体涨断面分离导致螺栓松动,螺栓松动后产生疲劳断裂。针对该原因,提出了改进措施,并进行理论计算和试验验证改进效果。
Through analysis of physical properties,fracture analysis and gap simulation on the interface of fractured,the result to be got is that the bolt was loosed firstly and lead to fatigue break,however,body of connecting-road and cap go separately when engine work with high speed is the root cause of bolt loosing.In terms of this root cause,provide the improvement actions,and perform the simulation and validation test to confirm the effective of improvement.
