摘要
综采工作面及周围的电控设备搬移是一项既繁琐又非常重要的工作。目前在用的普通开关架通过慢速绞车拖拉移动,辅助工作量大,并且容易跑车掉道,给安全生产带来一定的隐患。为了综采工作面快速高效移动要求,减少人员参与,专门设计了一种新型自移式开关架,该装置与皮带机尾支架相结合,采用乳化液动力,实现开关支架的交替前移,减轻了工人的劳动强度,为综采工作面安全生产与减人提效创造了有利条件。
It is a tedious and very important work to move the electronic control equipment around the fully mechanized mining face.At present,the common switchgear in use is dragged and moved by slow winch,which has a large amount of auxiliary work and is easy to drop off the track of the sports car,thus bringing some hidden dangers to the safety of production.In order to meet the requirement of fast and efficient movement of fully mechanized mining face and reduce the participation of personnel,a new type of self-moving switchgear is specially designed.The device combines with the tail bracket of belt conveyor and adopts emulsified fluid power to realize the switchgear bracket moving forward alternately,which reduces the labor intensity of workers and creates favorable conditions for safety production and efficiency reduction of fully mechanized mining face.
