摘要
近年来,环境中的微污染物获得了人们的广泛关注,这些微污染物往往具有浓度低,但却具有很强的毒理学以及致癌、致畸和致突变效应.为了更好地预防和控制环境微污染物,了解其来源和转化行为非常有必要.作为环境微污染物中的重要代表,新型溴代有机污染物受到高度关注.文章以阻燃剂多溴代联苯醚(PBDEs)的衍生物羟基多溴代联苯醚(HO-PBDEs)和甲氧基多溴代联苯醚(MeO-PBDEs)为代表,总结其在环境中的来源(包括天然合成、代谢转化和化学反应生成)与转化行为(如生物转化、化学转化以及光化学转化),为了解并推测两类化合物可能具有的环境行为,以及预防和控制其带来的环境危害提供基本信息.
In recent years,the environmental micro-pollutants have obtained mounting concern,due to their low concentration with potent toxicological,carcinogenic,teratogenic and mutagenic effects.To better prevent and control these micro-pollutants,it is essential to understand their sources and transformation in the environment.As a crucial kind of representative to micro-pollutants,emerging brominated organic pollutants are on the spotlight of scientific research.Studies indicate that some brominated organic pollutants in the environment are not from human activities,but from natural sources and/or chemical reactions.For the pollutants in biota,on one hand,they can accumulate in more evolved creatures by food chain/web,on the other hand,they can also derive from other brominated products through metabolic transformation.These brominated pollutants in the environment can undergo biotransformation,chemical transformation and phototransformation.As the derivatives of polybrominateddiphenyl ethers(PBDEs),a kind of widely used flame retardants,hydroxylated PBDEs(HO-PBDEs)and methoxylated PBDEs(MeO-PBDEs)have received comprehensive concern,this paper mainly summarizes the sources and transformation of HO-PBDEs and MeO-PBDEs,for the purpose of providing basic information in learning and deducing the potential environmental behaviors as well as further preventing and controlling these pollutants in the environment.
