摘要 混凝土泵车的发展趋势是轻量化和长臂架。当重量每减轻1%,燃油消耗下降0.6%~1%,在保持相同重量时,可以开发出更长的液压缸,开拓更大的市场需求,从而实现产品的高性能、轻量化和节能化。臂架液压缸的轻量化设计和加工工艺技术是混凝土泵车轻量化的关键技术之一,轻量化液压缸的开发不但可以提升液压缸设计和制造水平,还为长臂架泵车的发展创造了条件,使同样的底盘可以承载更长的臂架,提高了泵车在机械行业中的市场竞争力。 The development trend of concrete pump truck is lightweight and long boom.When the weight is reduced by 1%,the fuel consumption will be reduced by 0.6%to 1%.When maintaining the same weight,a longer cylinder can be developed to expand the market demand and achieve high performance,light weight and energy saving.The lightweight design and processing technology of the boom oil cylinder are one of the key technologies of lightweight concrete pump truck.The development of lightweight cylinder can not only improve the design and manufacture level of the hydraulic cylinder,but also create conditions for the development of the long arm pump truck,so that the same chassis can carry a longer boom and improve the pump truck in the machine.Market competitiveness in the industry.
