摘要
目的了解松江叶榭中学青少年眼相关调节参数情况,探讨不同视觉状态下青少年眼调节参数的变化。方法收集松江叶榭中学中学生入组,经视力、验光、眼压、眼位、裂隙灯检查排除其他眼部疾患,通过纳入标准者186例(348只眼),年龄12~15岁,屈光度在-0.75 D至-3.00 D之间,角膜散光<1.50 D,其中近视组96例(168只眼),正视组90例(180只眼),利用综合验光仪对两组进行调节幅度、调节反应、调节灵敏度检查,并对以上结果进行分析。结果调节幅度:两组均明显低于年龄相应最小调节幅度(P<0.001),且组间比较,具有近视屈光眼更低(P<0.001),主导眼与辅助眼比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05);调节反应:两组均明显低于调节需求(P<0.001),但组间比较无统计学意义(P=0.121),主导眼与辅助眼比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);调节灵敏度:两组均明显低于年龄相应调节灵敏度(P<0.001),但组间比较无统计学意义(P=0.986),主导眼与辅助眼比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论青少年眼相关调节因素存在明显异常,掌握眼调节参数,可以为青少年近视的发生发展提供干预性防治依据。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the status of ocular accommodation parameters of adolescents with different diopters from Yexie High School,and to explore the variation of ocular accommodation parameters in different visual condition.METHODS The student of Yexie high school without other eye diseases confirmed by tests of vision,corrected vision,eye position,eye pressure and slit lam examination were recruited according to inclusion criteria.A total of 186 people(348 eyes)were included,which aged 12~15 with diopter between-0.75 D and-3.00 D and cornea astigmatism<1.50 D.They were assigned into two groups:96 people(168 eyes)with myopia,90 people(180 eyes)with normal eye sight.The two groups were tested using accommodation amplitude,accommodation response and adjustment sensitivity by phoropter,and the results were analyzed.RESULTS Accommodation amplitude:the accommodation amplitude of two groups was both significantly lower than the low bound of the according age(P<0.001).And by comparing the two groups,diopter of the group with myopia was lower(P<0.001),and there were no differences between dominant eye and non-dominant eyes(P>0.05).Accommodation response:the accommodation response of two groups were both significantly slower than the normal bounds(P<0.001)and by comparing the two groups,there were no differences(P=0.121).Same thing happened between the dominant eyes and the non-dominant eyes(P>0.05).Adjustment sensitivity:the adjustment sensitivity of two groups was significantly lower than the normal adjustment sensitivity in that ages(P<0.001),and by comparing the two groups,there were no differences(P=0.986).And no difference between the dominant eyes and the non-dominant eyes(P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS The ocular accommodation parameters of adolescents were abnormal,and might provide evidence for intervention of adolescent myopia.
