摘要
研究了不同温度下表面氟化对聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)薄膜表面形貌、微观结构、耐热性能和绝缘性能的影响。结果表明,氟化后,在PEI薄膜表面形成了C-F键,当氟化温度高于40℃时,在PEI膜表面出现了明显的表面缺陷,PEI薄膜发生了分子链交联反应。PEI薄膜的直流击穿电场强度随氟化温度的升高呈先增加后降低的变化规律,在30℃氟化后,PEI薄膜的击穿电场强度达到最大值539 kV·mm-1,该值较氟化前PEI薄膜的击穿电场强度提高了约30%。氟化过程中产生的氟原子取代反应和交联反应,可能是PEI薄膜击穿电场强度提高的主要原因。
The effects of surface fluorination on properties of polyetherimide(PEI)film are investigated,including the morphology,molecular structure,dynamic thermo-mechanical properties,and DC breakdown voltage.The FTIR/ATR spectra show that the chemical structure of PEI film is modified after fluorination.The dynamic thermo-mechanical tests show that cross-linking reaction occurred with the accompany of fluorination,while defects appeared on the surface of PEI film because of partial degradation at high fluorination temperature.The DC breakdown electric field strength of PEI film increased first and then decreased with the increase of fluorination temperature.Moreover,the breakdown electric field strength of the film reached 539 kV·mm-1 at 30℃,which is about 30%higher than that of pre-fluorinated PEI film.The substitution reaction and cross-linking reaction of fluorinated atoms during fluorination may be the main reason for the increase of PEI film breakdown electric field strength.
