肝窦内皮细胞调节肝脏免疫耐受的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 肝窦内皮细胞(LSECs)作为肝脏重要的非专职抗原递呈细胞,其在抗原物质的清除以及调节肝脏免疫方面发挥重要的作用。作为诱导肝脏免疫耐受的主要细胞,明确LSECs调节肝脏免疫耐受的机制,对于了解在病毒感染以及肝脏肿瘤发生发展中肝脏免疫无功能的可能机制具有重要的参考价值。本文从LSECs对循环抗原的清除、对肝脏的免疫调节以及诱导CD8+T细胞和CD4^+T免疫耐受的相关机制进行阐述,旨在通过了解LSEC诱导肝脏免疫耐受的机制,以及感染状态下其调节免疫应答的机制,可以为将来肝脏疾病的诊断、治疗以及明确持续病毒感染或抗肿瘤功能障碍的可能机制提供新的有效的研究思路。 Being non-professional antigen-presenting cells of the liver,hepatic sinusoidal endothelial cells(LSECs)are crucial in clearing antigen,regulating liver immunity and inducing liver immune tolerance.Knowing how LSECs regulate liver immune tolerance provides background knowledge for further understanding of liver immunity in viral infection and liver cancer development.This article describes the function of LSECs in circulating antigens clearance,liver immunity regulation and CD8^+T cells and CD4+T immune tolerance induction.Here we also aim to describe the mechanism by which LSECs induce liver immune tolerance and liver immunity,to explore possible mechanisms of sustained viral infection or anti-tumor dysfunction and to shed light on future diagnosis and treatment of liver diseases.
