摘要 以不削弱气动性能为前提,为提高发动机冷却风扇的噪声性能,以计算流体力学(CFD)与计算气动声学(CAA)理论为基础求解冷却风扇的气动性能和噪声性能,并与气动性能试验噪声试验结果进行对比验证了该计算方法的可靠性。对原模型的平面叶型进行优化,得到最低噪声参数组合,经CFD/CAA联合仿真验证,优化后风扇模型的气动性能与噪声性能均得到改善,从流场与声场分布的角度对优化前后的冷却风扇进行详细的对比,进一步地分析优化前后冷却风扇气动性能和噪声性能变化的机理,深入地研究其叶片结构参数对冷却风扇性能的影响机理。 In order to improve the noise performance of the engine cooling fan under the premise of not weakening the aerodynamic performance,and to calculate the aerodynamic performance and noise performance of the cooling fan based on the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)and the aerodynamic acoustics(CAA)theory,this method of calculation has been verified to be reliable by being compared with the results of aerodynamic performance test and noise test.The group of the minimum noise parameters is achieved by optimizing the planar blade shape of the original module.The aerodynamic performance and the noise performance of the cooling fan both are improved by the simulation,verification and optimization by CFD/CAA.A detailed comparison is between the cooling fan which is before and after the optimization from the angle of the distribution of the flow field and the sound field.A further analysis of the mechanism of the changes in the aerodynamic performance and the noise performance of the cooling fan which is before and after the optimization is achieved.The influential mechanism of the structure parameters of the blade which is on the performance of the cooling fan is deeply studied.
