饲用复合菌剂降解玉米皮-米糠混合原料中粗纤维的效果研究 被引量:3

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲用复合菌剂降解玉米皮-米糠混合原料中粗纤维的效果。试验以玉米皮-米糠混合原料(玉米皮67.0%、米糠17.4%、棉籽粕15.0%、红糖0.3%、尿素0.3%)为发酵原料,在前期试验结果基础上,乳酸菌、芽孢杆菌、酵母菌、黑曲霉菌接种比例分别为5%、1%、5%、3%(3%组)和5%、1%、5%、5%(5%组),进行动态采样试验,分析9 d发酵时间内各营养指标的变化曲线。结果表明:发酵第9天,3%组和5%组中性洗涤纤维含量分别降低了30.84%和29.04%(P<0.01),酸性洗涤纤维含量分别降低了24.25%和30.53%(P<0.01),粗蛋白质含量分别提高了30.43%和37.76%(P<0.01),还原糖含量分别提高了151.85%和170.37%(P<0.01)。3%组第3天的中性洗涤纤维含量极显著高于5%组(P<0.01),而第5天的中性洗涤纤维含量显著低于5%组(P<0.05);3%组第9天的还原糖含量显著低于5%组(P<0.05)。通过动态采样数据分析发现,饲用复合菌剂中乳酸菌、芽孢杆菌、酵母菌和黑曲霉菌的接种比例为5%、1%、5%和5%时,玉米皮-米糠混合原料的发酵效果最好,发酵时间为5~7 d时,可有效减少干物质的损失率。由此可见,通过饲用复合菌剂发酵玉米皮-米糠混合原料,可降低玉米皮-米糠混合原料中的中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量,同时提高粗蛋白质和还原性糖含量,改善饲料品质。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of feed compound probiotics to degrade crude fiber in corn husk-rice bran mixed raw materials.The experiment used corn husk-rice bran mixed raw materials(corn husk 67.0%,rice bran 17.4%,cottonseed meal 15.0%,brown sugar 0.3%and urea 0.3%)as the fermentation raw material,based on the previous study results,the inoculation proportions of Lactobacillus,Bacillus,yeast and Aspergillus niger were 5%,1%,5%,3%(3%group)and 5%,1%,5%,5%(5%group),respectively,and used the dynamic sampling experiment to analyze the change curves of nutrient index during 9 days fermentation.The results showed that at fermentation day 9,the neutral detergent fiber contents of 3%group and 5%group were decreased by 30.84%and 29.04%(P<0.01),the acid detergent fiber contents were decreased by 24.25%and 30.53%(P<0.01),the crude protein contents were increased by 30.43%and 37.76%(P<0.01),and the reducing sugar contents were increased by151.85%and 170.37%(P<0.01).The neutral detergent fiber content at day 3 of 3%group was significantly higher than that of 5%group(P<0.01),and the neutral detergent fiber content at day 5 was significantly lower than that of 5%group(P<0.05);the reducing sugar content at day 9 of 3%group was significantly lower than that of 5%group(P<0.05).Dynamic sampling data analysis showed that corn husk-rice bran mixed raw materials had the best fermentation effect when the inoculation proportions of Lactobacillus,Bacillus,Yeast and Aspergillus niger in the feed compound probiotics were 5%,1%,5%and 5%,when fermentation time was 5 to 7 days,the loss rate of dry matter could be effective reduced.In conclusion,the corn husk-rice bran mixed raw materials fermented by feed compound probiotics can reduce the contents of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber in corn husk-rice bran mixed raw materials,improve the contents of crude protein and reducing sugar,and improve the feed quality.
