摘要
当前压缩高价值专利的审查周期,是国务院“放管服”工作的重要内容之一。本文将人工智能技术引入专利价值评估领域,首先,给出数据挖掘技术在专利价值评估领域的应用思路,然后,选择人工神经网络作为分类预测算法,利用R数据科学编程技术,实现人工神经网络在专利价值分类预测领域的应用。最后,给出了建模的数据集选择以及R语言编程代码,希望能为人工智能技术在专利价值评估领域的应用提供思路,以起到抛砖引玉的效果。
At present,compressing the patent examination cycle for high-value patents is one of the important contents of the State Council’s“streamline the government,delegate power,and improve government services”work.In this paper,artificial intelligence technology is introduced to the field of patent value evaluation.First,the application of data mining technology in the field of patent value evaluation is given.Then,artificial neural network is selected as the classification and prediction algorithm,and R data science programming technology is used to realize the patent value evaluation with artificial neural network.At the end of the paper,the data sets selection and R language programming code are also given.Hope to give ideas for the application of artificial intelligence technology in the field of patent value evaluation.
