摘要
目的探讨全方位优化(OEC)管理模式在消毒供应中心的应用效果。方法选取2018年2月~2019年1月在牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院消毒供应中心工作的19名护理人员,我院2018年8月开始实施OEC管理模式,由此根据管理模式实施时间的不同,将2018年2~7月纳入实施前组,将2018年8月~2019年1月纳入实施后组。实施前组采取常规的管理方法,实施后组采取OEC管理模式,比较OEC管理模式实施前后消毒供应中心的工作完成情况与其他科室对消毒供应中心工作的满意度。结果实施后组的器械清洗、反洗、消毒和包装合格率均高于实施前组,其他科室对消毒供应中心工作的满意度也高于实施前组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论OEC管理模式有效提高了消毒供应中心的管理效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of overall every control and clear(OEC)of management mode in disinfection supply center.Methods A total of 19 nurses working in the disinfection supply center of Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College from February 2018 to January 2019 were selected.OEC management mode was implemented in our hospital in August 2018.According to the different implementation time of the management mode,February to July 2018 was included in the pre-implementation group and August 2018 to January 2019 in the post-implementation group.The pre-implementation group adopted the conventional management method,and the post-implementation group adopted the OEC management mode.The work completion of the disinfection supply center before and after the implementation of the OEC management mode,the satisfaction of other departments to the work of the disinfection supply center were compared.Results The qualified rates of equipment cleaning,backwashing,disinfection and packaging in the post-implementation group were higher than those in the pre-implementation group,and the satisfaction of other departments to the work of disinfection supply center in the post-implementation group was higher than that in the pre-implementation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The OEC management model can effectively improve the management effect of disinfection supply center.
