摘要
随着汽车上用电设备和线束的增多,传统方法、工艺已不能满足线束设计、加工及装配的要求。通过对车型平台、类型、驱动形式等设计需求的分析、分级,对整车电气线束进行模块化分解。应用CATIA软件分别对各模块进行线束数模设计敷设,通过数模结合电气原理图生成线束拓扑图和线束加工图。通过模块化设计,使整车各部分线束彼此独立而相互之间又有必要的联系,有效避免了由于车型配置过多引起的重复性工作,提升了整车线束设计的效率和可靠性。
With the increase in electrical equipment and wiring harness on the car,the traditional methodand processescan not meet the needs of the wiring harness design,processing and assembly.Through the analysis of the design requirements of the platform,type and driving form of the vehicle,the modular electrical decomposition of the vehicle electrical wiring harness is carried out.CATIA software is used to design and lay the 3D harness for each module,and the harness topology and harness processing diagram are generated by combining 3D harness with electrical schematic diagram.Through the modular design,all parts of the vehicle wiring harness are independent as well as depend on each other in some ways,which effectively avoid the configuration caused by excessive duplication of work,thus enhancing the efficiency and reliability of vehicle wiring harness.
