摘要
为积极响应整车轻量化目标,并降低产品种类、降本增效,文章通过有限元方法对某重型卡车的踏步支架进行了结构优化设计分析,通过一种新冲压件结构替代原来两种冲压件焊接结构,并采用高强度钢代替普通钢板材料,对其结构进行拓扑优化对比,在保证装车强度的前提下,实现踏步支架的轻量化设计。
In order to actively respond to the goal of vehicle lightweight,and reduce product types,reduce costs and increase efficiency,In this paper,finite element method is used to optimize the design and analysis of a heavy vehicle pedal bracket,The welding structure of two stamping parts is replaced by a new stamping part structure,High strength steel is used instead of ordinary steel plate,and its structure is optimized and compared topologically.On the premise of ensuring loading strength,the lightweight design of the stepping bracket is realized.
