摘要
涂装同步工程工作是在整车开发过程中,不可或缺的组成部分。一般狭义涂装同步设计以白车身为对象,进行涂装工艺可行性、车身结构防腐性、密封性等工艺分析。广义涂装同步设计还包括外饰、底盘件、标准件的涂装同步工程分析过程。要按照车型设计目标,紧密地结合现场生产线实际情况,对零件设计可能存在的风险进行识别,协助设计提升设计图纸的可制造性,以防止后期设计变更,影响产品开发进度。
Painting Simultaneous engineering is an indispensable component in the new vehicle`s development process.Generally,the painting SE is coating process feasibility,body structure corrosion resistance,sealing and other analysis to BIW in narrow-sense.But it also contents exterior and interior trims,chassis and standard parts.It should be based on the design targets,combine product environment closely,identify risks of the parts`design,assist the manufacturability of drawings to prevent the design changes and affect product development progress.
