摘要
600 MPa级轻量化汽车桥壳用钢是根据汽车桥壳成型工艺以及桥壳使用特性而开发的。通过铌钒合金强化、纯净钢冶炼及低温轧制,获得了均匀细小的内部显微组织,提升了汽车桥壳钢的韧塑性能、耐疲劳性能和焊接性能;同时得到了高的表面质量和厚度精度,满足汽车桥壳的热冲压成型和冷冲压成型。
The 600 MPa lightweight automobile axle housing steel are developed according to the forming process and the application features of automobile axle housing steel.Vanadium-niobium alloying,the steel smelting process and low temperature rolling process are implemented to obtain uniform and small microstructure.The properties of toughness and plasticity,the properties of fatigue and the properties of welding are improved,at the same time,the surface quality and thickness accuracy are improved.The 600 MPa lightweight automobile axle housing steel satisfies the application of hot stamping cold stamping.
