摘要
通过检测10个玉米品种种子的发芽数、幼苗长势和干物质来探讨低温胁迫对玉米种子萌发及幼苗活力的影响。结果表明,低温处理对不同品种玉米种子的发芽数和株高都有极显著影响,低温处理对地上部鲜质量、地下部鲜质量和地上部干质量影响极显著,地下部鲜质量在不同玉米品种间差异显著。了解低温胁迫条件下玉米种子萌发和幼苗活力的变化,可为玉米安全生产提供有益借鉴。
The effects of low temperature stress on seed germination and seedling vigor of 10 maize varieties were studied by testing seed germination number,seedling growth and dry matter.The results showed that the germination number of maize seeds and plant height were significantly affected by low temperature.The fresh quality of aboveground,underground and dry quality of aboveground were significantly affected by low temperature,and the fresh quality of underground was significantly different among different maize varieties.Understanding the changes of maize seed germination and seedling vigor under low temperature stress can provide useful reference for maize safety production.
