摘要 利用SPSS软件进行二次正交旋转组合试验设计和统计分析,探索氮、磷、钾、锌、硼及其互作对大豆品种晋豆37生长和产量的影响。结果表明,在一定条件下,磷与结荚高度呈极显著二次函数关系(结荚高度最大为18.23 cm),与主茎节数、有效荚数呈显著正相关;硼与有效分枝数呈显著负相关;氮钾互作与结荚高度呈显著正相关;氮硼互作与有效分枝数、有效荚数呈显著负相关,与单株粒数、单株粒质量呈极显著负相关;磷钾互作与结荚高度呈极显著负相关;磷硼互作与无效荚数呈显著正相关;钾锌互作与无效荚数呈显著负相关;各元素及其互作对百粒质量影响未达显著水平。最大值分析结果显示,纯氮28.20 kg/hm^2、P2O5 106.65 kg/hm^2、K2O 106.84 kg/hm^2、锌肥0%、硼肥0.4%时,产量为2 854.04 kg/hm^2,除去肥料成本后效益为9 648.31元/hm^2。单因子效应分析表明,磷、硼、锌肥3种肥料对产量存在从大到小的正向效应,氮、钾肥与产量之间表现为抛物线关系。两因子互作效应分析显示,氮磷互作、磷钾互作与产量存在曲面关系。试验环境下,大豆生产应适当调低氮肥,重视磷肥、钾肥和硼肥应用,以达到增产增效。 The quadratic orthogonal rotation combination experiment design and statistical analysis were carried out by using SPSS software to explore the effects of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,zinc,boron and their interactions on the growth and yield of soybean variety Jindou 37.The result showed that under certain conditions,the relationship between phosphorus and pod-setting height was highly significant quadratic function(the maximum pod height was 18.23 cm),and there was a significant positive correlation between phosphorus and node number of main stem,number of effective pods.There was a significant negative correlation between boron and number of effective branching.The interaction of nitrogen and potassium was significantly positive correlated with pod-setting height.The interaction of nitrogen and boron was significantly negative correlated with number of effective branch,number of effective pods,was significantly negative correlated with grain number per plant and grain quality per plant.The interaction of phosphorus and potassium was highly significant negative correlated with pod-setting height.There was a significant positive correlation between phosphorus and boron interaction and invalid pods,and a significant negative correlation between potassium-zinc interaction and invalid pods.The effects of elements and their interactions on 100-grain quality were not significant.The maximum analysis result showed that when pure nitrogen 28.20 kg/hm^2,P2O5 106.65 kg/hm^2,K2O 106.84 kg/hm^2,zinc fertilizer 0%and boron fertilizer 0.4%,the yield was 2 854.04 kg/hm^2,and the benefit was 9 648.31 yuan/hm^2 that removed the cost of fertilizer.The single factor effect analysis showed that there was a positive effect of P2O5,B and Zn on yield from large to small,and the relationship between N,K2O and yield was parabolic.The analysis of interaction effect of two factors showed that there was a curved surface relationship between the interaction of nitrogen and phosphorus,phosphorus and potassium and yield.Under this condition,soybean production should reduce nitrogen fertilizer properly,pay attention to the application of phosphorus fertilizer,potassium fertilizer and boron fertilizer,so as to increase yield and output value.
