摘要
为增加高层次医学人才队伍建设的公开性、透明度,强化医学人才建设监管职能,纠正人才建设中的不正之风,本文将“披露分析发布惩罚”的DADS模式引入高层次医学人才队伍建设中,探讨DADS模式在高层次医学人才队伍建设中的具体应用,以期完善医院人才信息公开、强化人才建设监管、纠正和重塑人才建设中的不正之风,营造风清气正的人才环境,凝聚创新人才,助力“人才强国”和“健康中国”战略。
In order to increase the openness and transparency of the construction of high-level medical tal-ents,strengthen the supervision of medical talents construction,and correct the unhealthy trend in talent construc-tion,this paper introduces the DADS model of“disclosure-analysis-dissemination-sanction”into the construction of high-level medical talents,and explores the concrete application of DADS model in the construction of high-lev-el medical talents,with a view to improving the hospital s talent information disclosure,strengthening the supervi-sion of talent construction,correcting and reshaping the unhealthy trend in talent cultivation,in order to construct a healthy talent environment,gather innovative talents,and help the“talent country”and“healthy China”strategy.
