摘要
从麦冬根部分离内生菌,研究分离出的内生菌的抗菌活性,并对分离出的内生菌进行染色、镜检,观察其细菌形态,确定为革兰阳性菌。以金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌为指示菌,初步筛选出有抗菌活性的麦冬内生菌。培养的内生菌提取基因组,对其16S rDNA基因进行PCR扩增,电泳结果显示,从麦冬中分离出的内生菌的DNA片段大小为1500 bp左右。
Endophytic bacteria were isolated from the roots of Ophiopogon japonicus,and their antibacterial activity was studied.The isolated endophyte was stained.The morphology of the bacterium was observed under an electronic microscope,and the bacterium was determined to be gram-positive.With Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichiacoli and Bacillus subtilis as the research objects,endophytic bacteria with antibacterial activity were screened from Ophiopogon japonicus.The cultured endophyte was chosen to extract the genome,and its 16S rDNA gene was amplified by PCR.The electrophoresis results showed that the size was about 1500 bp of the DNA fragment of the endophyte isolated from Ophiopogon japonicus.
