摘要
针对在产品质量屋中工程特性重要度排序存在的主观性与专家偏好差异的问题,提出了基于Lagrange与灰色关联分析的工程特性耦合排序方法.利用灰色理论模型解决需求小样本下的不确定性,采用最大值标准化法处理原始数据,基于灰色关联系数消解评价的主观性,根据本企业与竞争企业的互补判断矩阵,建立优化模型使数据标准化,并通过构建拉格朗日函数对其求解,以消解专家偏好差异,最后综合考虑评价主观性与专家偏好差异两方面问题,确定最终工程特性重要度的排序.以液压四足机器人为例,验证方法的实用性与可行性.
In the light of the problem of subjectivity and expert preference in the ranking of engineering characteristics importance in product quality houses,a coupling method for engineering characteristics based on Lagrange and gray relational analysis is proposed.The gray theory model is used to solve the uncertainty under small samples of demand.The raw data are processed by using the maximum normalization method.Subjectivity is removed based on the evaluation of gray correlation coefficient.According to the complementary judgment matrix of the enterprise and the competitive enterprise,an optimization model is established to standardize the data.And it is solved by constructing the Lagrange function to eliminate the difference of expert preference.Finally,the evaluation of subjectivity and expert preference differences is considerated comprehensively,and the order of importance of the final engineering characteristics is determined.Taking the hydraulic four-legged robot as an example,the verification method is practical and feasible.
