摘要
Toll样受体(TLRs)是一种Ⅰ型跨膜糖蛋白模式识别受体,通过识别各类配体,诱导细胞因子大量产生,参与宿主的先天免疫,以抵抗病原微生物入侵。论文介绍了鸡TLRs的基本结构和信号传导,并对TLRs在大肠杆菌病、沙门菌病和空肠弯曲菌感染等细菌性禽类疾病以及马立克病、新城疫、禽流感等病毒性禽类疾病中的研究进展进行总结,为TLRs与其配体在禽类传染性疾病预防中的应用提供参考。
Toll-like receptors(TLRs)are one of typeⅠtransmembrane glycoprotein pattern recognition receptors.They induce the production of several cytokines by the recognition of several ligands.In natural immune response,TLRs play an important role in antimicrobial infection response.This paper described the characterisitics of TLRs based on basic structure and signal transduction.And this paper also summarized some researches in anti-infection response such as E.coli,Salmonella,Campylobacter jejuni and AIV,MDV,NDV,which gives the foundation on application of TLRs and it’s ligand in the prevention of infectious diseases in avian industry.
