摘要
以我国最具代表性的600~699 MW级空冷发电机组为例,采用Ebsilon软件建立集中式高背压型空冷机组热电联产系统模型,分析不同工况下机组发电量随高背压热负荷占比变化的规律,获得机组整体收益随电热价比变化的结果。结果表明:当外界热负荷一定时,可以通过调整高背压热负荷占比得到实际最大发电量并通过算例得到这一具体数值,且其要小于理想最大发电量;当外界热负荷与电热价比变化时,本文确定了采用何种运行策略可使机组整体性收益最大。研究结果可为空冷热电联产机组提供可参考的运行策略。
Taking the most representative 600~699 MW level air-cooling generator set in China as the example,the Ebsilon software was applied to establish the cogeneration system model for the centralized high back pressure air cooling unit,and the change rule of proportion of generating capacity with the high back pressure heat load under different working conditions was analyzed.The variation of the unit’s overall income with the ratio of electric heat to heat price is obtained.The results show that,when the external heat load is constant,the actual maximum power generation can be obtained by adjusting the proportion of high back pressure heat load and the specific value is obtained by an example,and it is smaller than the ideal maximum power generation.When the external heat load and ratio of electric heat to heat price changes,this paper determines which operating strategy can be used to maximize the unit's overall revenue.The research results provide a reference operational strategy for air-cooled cogeneration units.
