家用净水器反渗透膜中钛锑的测定及预冲洗对出水水质的影响 被引量:2

摘要 考察使用ICP-MS测定家用反渗透膜中Ti、Sb含量的前处理方法。结果表明,与使用硝酸浸泡的前处理方法相比,微波消解反渗透膜可以获得较好的元素提取效率,适合用作膜材料快速筛查的前处理方法。试验条件下,测试的反渗透膜中Ti、Sb均有检出,含量分别为1.43~658 mg/kg及88.8~204 mg/kg,其会对出水水质产生影响。因此,反渗透膜在使用前的预冲洗至关重要。 Pretreatment method for determination of titanium and antimony in reserve osmosis membrane by ICP-MS was investigated. The results showed that compared with the pretreatment method of nitric acid immersion, microwave digestion of reverse osmosis membrane could obtain better element extraction efficiency, which was suitable for the rapid screening of membrane materials. By this experimental method, titanium and antimony were detected in all of the experimented samples(1.43~658 mg/kg and 88.8~204 mg/kg, respectively). The residual metal element could influence effluent water quality of reserve osmosis membrane. Therefore, prewashing is a necessary step before the use of reserve osmosis membrane.
