摘要
针对山区铁路防范危岩落石、动物、行人等异物侵限的严峻形势,提出采用三维扫描模式的铁路线路障碍监测报警系统的解决方案。通过设备研制和现场试验,实现激光雷达对预设防护区域进行不间断扫描获取三维图像,内置算法单元对侵入防区的障碍物进行实时分析处理并生成对应的报警信息,现场控制柜(二级服务器)将报警信息进行分类、存储并上传到监控中心。系统可全天候、全天时有效判识多种场景侵限异物,为铁路防范异物侵限提供可靠的技术装备。
Railways in mountain areas confront the problem of intrusion by falling rock, animals and pedestrians. This paper proposed the solution using railway line obstacle monitoring and alarm system with 3D scan mode. Through equipment development and on-site experiments, laser radar incessantly scanned the preset protection area to obtain 3D images, the built-in algorithm unit carried out real-time analysis and processing of intruding obstacle and generated the corresponding alarm message. The alarm messages were then classified, stored and uploaded to monitoring center by the on-site control cabinet(level two server). The system could work all time and all weather, and effectively identify intrusions in various scenes, providing reliable technology and equipment for protecting railway from intrusion.
