傅里叶变换红外光谱法测定PMMA/ABS共混物中的共混组分 被引量:3

摘要 建立了一个采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法定量分析聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)/苯乙烯-丁二烯-丙烯腈共聚物(ABS)共混物(PMMA/ABS)中各共混组分含量的分析方法,该方法选用出现在1 386 cm^-1、2 240 cm^-1处的谱峰来代表PMMA和ABS,用吸光度比A(1386)/A(2240)对ABS的摩尔分数x的倒数1/x作图。结果发现:当ABS的摩尔分数为6%~95%时,二者之间存在良好的线性关系,线性方程为A(1386)/A(2240)=1.3614/x-0.9646,线性相关系数为0.999 85。采用该方法对已知共混比的PMMA/ABS样品进行测试,测试结果与实际样品的共混比基本一致,说明该方法完全可以满足PMMA/ABS共混物中共混组分含量测定的要求。 A method for quantitative analysis of the contents of blends in polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)/styrene-butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer(ABS)blends(PMMA/ABS)by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was established.In this method,the spectral peaks at 1 386 cm^-1 and 2 240 cm^-1 were selected to represent PMMA and ABS.The reciprocal 1/x of absorbance ratio A1386/A2240 to the molar fraction x of ABS was plotted.The results show that when the molar fraction of ABS is 6%~95%,there is a good linear relationship between them.The linear equation is A1386/A2240=1.3614/x-0.9646,and the linear correlation coefficient is 0.999 85.The PMMA/ABS samples with known blending ratio are tested by this method,and the results are basically consistent with the blending ratio of the actual samples.It showes that this method can meet the requirements of the determination of blending components in PMMA/ABS blends.
