摘要
水貂阿留申病(Aleutian disease of mink,AD),是以水貂繁殖能力下降、消痩、自身免疫病、高免疫球蛋白血症、肾衰竭死亡为基本特征的一种病毒性传染病。目前该病在我国呈现较高的感染率(60%~70%),严重影响我国养貂业的健康可持续发展。文中针对我国水貂阿留申病的流行及危害现状,提出合理的检测方法,为提升并稳定阳性貂的生产性能,逐步建立国内优良水貂育种群提供参考。
Aleutian disease of mink(AD)is a viral infectious disease characterized by the decrease of the reproductive ability of mink,the elimination,autoimmune disease,hyperimmunoglobulin and death from renal failure.As so far,the disease has a high rate of infection,and affects the health and sustainability of the mink industry in China.In response to the current epidemic of the Chinese mink Aleutian disease,a reasonable method of monitoring the disease has been given for farms to improve the production performance of the infected mink,and set the foundation for the breeding group of the best mink in China.
