含铬废水中稳定指数的改进与优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 含铬废水蒸发系统结垢会给设备安全、连续、低成本运行带来不利影响,因此对含铬废水蒸发系统结垢趋势进行预测十分必要。在研究较为成熟的预测油田水结垢趋势的稳定指数(SAI)模型基础上,研究了铬化工行业产生的高浓度含铬废水结垢趋势预测问题。通过分析温度、硬度、铬离子浓度等因素对含铬废水蒸发系统碳酸钙结垢量的影响,并运用Matlab中cftool工具对实验数据进行拟合,实现了对SAI模型的优化与改进。优化后的稳定指数(SAII)可以对含铬废水蒸发系统结垢趋势进行更准确地预测。 The fouling of the chromium-containing wastewater evaporation system adversely affects the safety of the equipment and the continuous and low-cost operation of the equipment.Thus,it is necessary to predict the fouling tendency of the chromium-containing wastewater evaporation system.Based on the more mature stability index(SAI)model used for predicting oil-water scaling trends,the object of this paper is to study the fouling trend prediction pro-blem of the high-concentration chromium-containing wastewater produced by the chrome chemical industry.The eff-ects of temperature,hardness,and chromium ion concentration on the amount of calcium carbonate in the chromium-containing wastewater evaporation system are analyzed.Meanwhile,the cftool tool in Matlab is used to fit the ex-perimental data.Therefore,the stability index(SAI)model is optimized and improved.The optimized stability index(SAII)can more accurately predict the fouling tendency of the chromium-containing wastewater evaporation system.
