摘要
目的:调查精神发育迟缓、孤独症儿童家长的心理健康与应对方式现状以及相关影响因素。方法:采用简易心理状况评定量表Kessler10(中文版)和简易应对方式问卷对枣庄市精神卫生中心99名在训的精神发育迟缓和孤独症患儿家长进行问卷调查,通过t检验和线性回归对数据进行统计分析。结果:孤独症儿童家长和精神发育迟缓儿童家长存在中度的心理健康问题,并且应对倾向为正向应对。孤独症儿童家长和精神发育迟缓儿童家长在心理健康和应对方式方面差异无统计学意义。儿童是否独生、患病年龄对患儿家长心理健康影响显著。结论:儿童是否独生、患病年龄对孤独症儿童家长和精神发育迟缓儿童家长心理健康影响显著。
Objective:To investigate the status quo of mental health and coping styles of parents of children with mental retardation and autism,and analyze the related factors.Method:99 parents of children with mental retardation and autism in Zaozhuang Mental Health Center were investigated by Kessler10(Chinese version)and simple coping style questionnaire,and the data were statistically analyzed by t test and linear regression.Results:Parents of children with autism and mental retardation had moderate mental health problems,and the coping tendency was positive.There was no significant difference in mental health and coping style between parents of autistic children and parents of mental retardation children.Whether the child was only child and the onset age of illness had significant inflence on the parent's mental health.Conclusion:The only child and the onset age of illness have significant influence on the mental health of parents of children with autism and mental retardation.
