摘要
以连轧生产的φ6.0 mm连轧钼杆作为喷涂钼丝的生产原料,对纯钼杆的再结晶规律进行了研究。然后,通过提高拉丝工艺温度,优化了工艺参数,改进拉丝加工设备,满足了φ2.6 mm成品喷涂钼丝对产品表面质量及物理指标要求,消除了钼丝存在的头、尾劈裂现象,使整根钼丝的表面质量和物理指标一致均匀,提高了喷涂钼丝的质量。
The φ6.0 mm precision forged and rolled rod is the raw material for the production of sprayed molybdenum wire.The microstructure evolution and static recrystallization at different annealing temperature ranged from 900 to 1 100℃of rolled Mo rods were researched.The surface and internal quality of φ2.6mm finished sprayed molybdenum wire were solved by increasing the drawing process temperature,optimizing the process parameters and improving the drawing processing equipment.The head and end splitting phenomenon was also eliminated so that the diameter tolerance and performance of the whole root molybdenum wire were consistent and uniform,thus,the quality of the spraying molybdenum wire was improved.
