摘要
建设一流期刊是当前科技期刊面临的重要课题之一。通过分析国际一流科技期刊的特征以及当前我国科技期刊存在的主要问题,进一步阐述建设一流期刊的重要意义,并从坚持正确的政治方向;建立有中国特色的科技期刊评价体系;以质量为第一要务,打造期刊品牌;把好编辑关口,建设一流的编辑队伍;组建本行业领域一流的期刊编委会;把好审稿关口,打造一流的审稿专家队伍;拓展渠道,培育一支优质的作者队伍;延伸科技论文的传播价值链;构建一流的传播平台;加强主管部门的工作协同联动等方面提出了建设一流期刊的措施。
Building first-class journals is one of the important subject faced to the science and technology periodicals.By analyzing the characteristic of the international first-class science and technology periodicals and the current main problems of science and technology periodicals in China,the important significance of constructing the first-class periodicals is expounded.The measures of constructing first-class periodicals are put forward from 12 aspects,such as adhering to the correct political orientation,constructing the science and technology periodical evaluation system with Chinese characteristics,taking the quality as the first priority,making periodical brand,giving good editor mark for the construction of the first-class team,setting up a first-class journal editor board in the industry,giving good review mark to build first-class reviewing experts team,expanding channels for cultivating a high-quality team of authors,extending the communication value chain of scientific papers,constructing the first-class communication platform,and strengthening the coordination of the competent departments.
