摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动在降低植入式静脉输液港体内断裂发生率中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈,选定活动主题,拟定活动计划,分析现状及影响因素,圈员共同拟定对策并按计划实施。对比活动实施前后植入式静脉输液港导管断裂发生率。结果植入式静脉港导管体内断裂发生率由活动前的3.57%降至0,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用品管圈活动分析原因及制定对策,可有效降低输液港导管体内断裂的发生率,提高圈员解决临床实际问题的能力。
Objective To discuss the application effect of quality control circle(QCC)on reducing the incidence of catheter fracture of the implantable venous access port.Methods After the establishment of QCC,the theme of the activity and plan was worked out.Then the current situation and influencing factors were analyzed.All the members of the QCC discussed the formulate countermeasure together and complied strictly.Comparison of the incidence of catheter fracture in implantable venous access port before and after the implementation of the activity.Results After the application of the QCC,the incidence of catheter fracture decreased from 3.57%to 0.Conclusion With the application of QCC tools,the incidence of catheter fracture of the implantable venous access port decreases and the ability of resolving actual clinical problems were improved.
