海南地区超薄磨耗层层间粘结性能研究 被引量:3

Study on Interface Adhesive Properties between Ultra-thin Wear Layer of Hainan Region

摘要 依托海文高速预防性养护工程,为了得到适用于海南地区超薄磨耗层的粘结层材料。选取了四种乳化沥青和一种热熔复合改性沥青,在25℃和50℃下,分别对不同洒布量的粘结层材料进行拉拔试验,在最佳洒布量下对各种粘结层材料进行斜剪试验。试验结果表明随着温度的升高,各种粘结层材料的拉拔强度和抗剪强度降低,最佳洒布量也随之降低。掺加Honeywell改性乳液显著提高了NovaBond乳化沥青的拉拔强度和抗剪强度,但并未改变其最佳洒布量。建议海南地区超薄磨耗层的粘结层材料采用掺加Honeywell改性乳液的NovaB ond,并建议NovaBond乳化沥青的洒布量为0.8 L/m^2,Honeywell改性乳液洒布量为0.08 L/m^2。 Relies on preventive maintenance project of freeway from Haikou to Wenchang,in order to obtain the adhesive layer material suitable for ultra-thin wear layer in Hainan region,four kinds of emulsified asphalt and one kind of hot-melt composite modified asphalt are selected to carry out pull-out tests on different spraying content at 25 ℃ and 50 ℃.Oblique shear tests are carried out on various kinds of adhesive layer materials at optimum spraying content.The test results showed that with temperature increasing,pull-out strength and shear strength of all kinds of adhesive layer materials decreasing,and the optimum spraying amount also decreasing.The addition of Honeywell modified emulsion significantly improve the tensile strength and shear strength of NovaBond emulsified asphalt,but do not change the optimum spraying content.NovaBond mixed with Honeywell modified emulsion is recommended as adhesive layer material between ultra-thin wear layer in Hainan region,and it’s recommended that the spraying contents of NovaBond emulsified asphalt and Honeywell modified emulsion are 0.8 L/m^2 and 0.08 L/m^2.
