摘要
目的:围绕“中医胆石症”开展系统的文献计量和可视化分析,探索中医胆石症的发展状况、研究热点和前沿动态。方法:以中文三大数据库为数据源检索相关文献,并将所得数据文件导入CiteSpace软件,对作者、机构和关键词进行共现分析并得到相关知识图谱。结果:通过知识图谱结果显示,关于中医胆石症的研究机构与作者相对分散,研究以“中医药疗法为”为主,并注重“辨证论治”以及“临床疗效”的观察,“大柴胡汤”“利胆排石汤”是治疗胆石症的经典方;从研究前沿及发展趋势方面来看,中医关于胆石症的研究重视胆石症的治疗手段及临床表现与临床应用等,并且持续关注“患者”本身。结论:中医研究胆石症不仅重视其中医的病因、病机、治法、临床疗效和疗程等方面,同时重视其现代医学的发病机理等,但在循证医学、大数据、整合医学等方面的研究较少。
Objective:To explore the development status,research hotspots and frontier trends of cholelithiasis in TCM by systematic bibliometric and visual analysis of TCM cholelithiasis.Methods:Relevant literatures were retrieved from three major Chinese databases,and the data files were imported into CiteSpace.Co-occurrence analysis of authors,institutions and keywords were conducted,and relevant knowledge maps were obtained.Results:Through knowledge map analysis,it is found that the research institutions of TCM cholelithiasis were relatively scattered from the author.The research focused on TCM therapy and treatment based on syndrome differentiation and clinical observations were paid attention to.Dachaihu Decoction and Lidan Paishi Decoction are the classic prescriptions for cholelithiasis treatment.From the perspective of research frontiers and development trends,TCM researches about cholelithiasis attached great importance to the treatment methods,clinical manifestations and clinical applications of cholelithiasis,and it will continue to pay attention to the patients themselves.Conclusion:The study of cholelithiasis in TCM not only pays attention to the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment method,clinical efficacy and treatment course of cholelithiasis,but also pays attention to the pathogenesis of modern medicine.However,there are few studies on evidence-based medicine,big data and integrated medicine.
