摘要
采用文献资料法、访谈法和实地调查法,分析了重庆市农村公共体育服务供给的现状、供给形式和保障机制。主要结论:重庆地区农村公共体育服务供需矛盾凸显,供给动力不足,缺乏相关的规范制度、政策等问题。建议:扩大农村体育场地、器材的有效供给,减少无效供给;设立农村体育发展专项经费、建立监督部门、配套问责机制;实施体育人才定向培养;加强农村体育文化氛围建设;丰富农民健身活动、开展赛事活动等。
This study adopted the methods of literature,interview and field investigation,and analyzed the present situation,supply form and guarantee mechanism of rural public sports service supply in Chongqing.Main conclusion:The contradiction between supply and demand of rural public sports services in Chongqing is prominent,insufficient supply power,and lack of relevant norms,policies and other problems.Suggestions:expand the effective supply of sports venues and equipment in rural areas,reduce the ineffective supply;Establishing special funds for rural sports development,establishing supervision departments and supporting accountability mechanisms;To carry out oriented training of sports talents;Strengthen the construction of rural sports culture atmosphere;We will enrich farmers′fitness activities and carry out sports events.
