摘要
乡村民宿作为展示乡村文化的重要载体,已逐步成为乡村产业振兴的重要内容。基于顾客需求理论和顾客满意度理论,提出旅游者选择民宿的影响因素。以乌镇景区民宿为研究对象,采用问卷调查获取数据,并使用因子分析法分析乌镇景区旅游者选择民宿的影响因素。影响因素主要分为民宿环境与设施因素、民宿空间与氛围吸引因素、民宿形象与服务因素、民宿经营管理因素、民宿营销宣传因素五类。根据影响因素的重要性,分别从乌镇民宿的环境、设施、宣传、房间风格、房型和房价制定等方面提出建议。
As an important carrier of rural culture,rural homestay facility has gradually become an important part of rural industry revitalization.Based on the theory of customer demand and customer satisfaction,this paper puts forward the influencing factors of tourists’choice of homestay.This paper makes a case study of Wuzhen scenic spot and adopts the factor analysis method to analyze the influencing factors of tourists’choice of homestay in Wuzhen,based on the data obtained through a questionnaire survey.The influencing factors are mainly divided into five categories:environment and facilities of homestay,space and atmosphere attraction of homestay,image and service of homestay,operation and management of homestay,marketing and publicity of homestay.Finally,some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of environment,facilities,publicity,room style,room type and housing price formulation of homestay in Wuzhen.
