摘要
为快速得到联轴器的固有频率,采用结构动力学理论简化联轴器计算模型,得到一阶弯曲固有频率理论计算方法。采用三维有限元分析方法进行联轴器的模态分析,并针对理论和有限元计算结果进行比对核算。该理论方法仅需少量的结构参数便可快速获得联轴器的一阶弯曲固有频率值。后续又分别针对11款联轴器进行分析与比对,发现当联轴器中段长径比大于3、中段长度占比大于60%、中段质量占比大于50%的联轴器,用该理论方法的计算偏差一般能控制在15%以内,能够较好的应对快速计算的需求。
For the vibration problem of the product,in order to get the coupling’s natural frequency as fast as possible,a simplified dynamics analysis method was researched in this paper.The coupling’s bending natural frequency can be obtained by using the theoretical calculation method.Then 3D finite element analysis method was used for modal analysis that of result compare to the theoretical method.The first order bend natural frequency of coupling is obtained by the theoretical method which only needs a few structural parameters like length,weight,properties of section.Then analysis and comparison are conducted for multiple couplings.The result shows when the ratio of middle part’s length to diameter is larger than 3,the ratio of middle part’s length to total length is larger than 60%and the ratio of middle part’s weight to total weight is larger than 50%,the calculation deviation of the theoretical method is generally lower than 15%,it's applicable for engineering.
