摘要
从既有研究和相关政策综合分析了健康服务业供给侧改革方向,搭建了健康服务业发展结构及相关主体的分析要素模型,并从产业层面、要素层面和政策层面进行分析,尝试性地提出了供给侧改革的具体路径和建议,包括引导扶持健康服务产业多元化、多样化、多层次发展;促进健康服务生态圈的系统性和协同性发展以及提升健康服务持续发展的规范性、示范性和集聚性,旨在为促进我国健康服务业的发展提供参考。
This paper comprehensively analyzes supply-side reform direction of health service from existed researches and related policies.It constructs health service development structure and related subjects analysis element model,and conducts analysis from industry,element and policy level for trying to put forward the specific path and suggestion of supply-side reform,such as stimulate and guide the diversification,diversification and multi-level development of health service,promote the systematic and coordinated development of health service ecosystem and improve the normative,exemplary and agglomeration of the sustainable development of health services,so as to provide reference for promoting the development of health service in China.
