摘要
针对油-电双能源卡车在露天矿的适用性评价难题,分析了构成运输成本的要素,建立了各要素成本的计算方法,构建了考虑环境成本的露天矿油-电双能源卡车适用性通用评价模型。以某露天矿为例进行了实证研究。结果表明,该矿双能源卡车高效运输系统相比传统卡车运输系统可节省成本12 236.25万元,总能源消耗费用降幅为58.5%,环境成本降幅为73.97%,总成本降幅达15.40%,经济效益和环境效益均十分显著,双能源卡车在该露天矿是适用的。敏感性分析结果表明,双能源卡车运输成本对上坡运距占比和油价较敏感。
Based on the evaluation of the applicability of oil-electric dual-energy trucks in open-pit mines,analyzes the factors that constitute transportation costs,establishes the calculation method of each factor cost,and constructs an applicability evaluation model for open-pit mine oil-electric dual-energy trucks.An empirical study was conducted with an open-pit mine as an example.The results show that the mine dual-energy truck efficient transportation system can save a total cost of 12,236,500 yuan compared with the traditional truck transportation system,the total energy consumption cost is reduced by 58.5%,the environmental cost is reduced by 73.97%,and the total cost is reduced by 15.40%.Economic and environmental benefits are very significant,dual-energy trucks are suitable for this open-pit mine.The sensitivity analysis results show that the transportation cost of dual-energy trucks is sensitive to the proportion of uphill transportation distance and oil price.
