摘要
目的了解在校护理专业学生心肺复苏术认知及技能水平的现状及其效果影响因素,以期为心肺复苏术培训的积极有效开展提供参考。方法采用方便抽样方法,依据纳入标准抽取在校510名护理专业学生作为研究对象,收集性别、年龄、父亲学历、母亲学历,家人为医护工作者,家人有可致心脏骤停疾病者、愿意施救者、目睹过别人突然晕倒在地的相关资料,采用多因素logistic回归分析技能考核是否合格的因素。结果培训后心肺复苏知识测评与技能考核结果优于培训前。logistic回归分析显示,目睹过别人突然晕倒在地、医护工作者的家人、家人有可致心脏骤停疾病者、愿意施救者培训后合格的可能性更高。结论对于在校护理专业学生来说,认识到心肺复苏术的重要性,可以更好地掌握心肺复苏术的知识和技能。
Objective To understand the current status of cognitive and skill level of cardio-pulmonary resuscitation(CPR)as well as its influencing factors for nursing students in school to provide reference for the active and effective development of CPR training.Methods Using convenient sampling method,according to the inclusion criteria,510 nursing students in school were selected as study object,and collecting the related information such as gender,age,father’s education,mother’s education,family members as health care workers,family members who could cause cardiac arrest,who was willing to the rescuer,who witnessed the sudden fainting of other people.Multi-factor logistic regression was used to analyze the factors of whether the skill assessment was qualified.Results The results of knowledge assessment and skills assessment of CPR after training were better than those before training.Logistic regression analysis showed that it was more likely to pass the training who witness someone else suddenly fainted to the ground,family members as health care workers,family members who could cause cardiac arrest,and was willing to the rescuer.Conclusion For nursing students in school,recognizing the importance of CPR could better understand the knowledge and skills of CPR.
