摘要
计算机辅助设计方法与技术的发展,能更好的适应机械结构或装置的优化设计要求。以平面铰链四杆机构为例,在满足给定运动规律的设计要求下,给出数学建模与求解的具体过程,优化结果以满足实际输出角与给定理论期望输出角之间平方误差和最小为目标,通过推导实际输入输出角与杆长之间对应的几何关系,并以传动角许用值和杆长条件作为约束条件,最后在matlab中编程求得优化解,通过对误差样本分析,得到均值、标准差及方差分别为:-0.0086、0.0129、1.6563*10-4。
With the development of computer aided design method and technology,the optimization design requirements of mechanical structures or devices can be better met.Taking the planar four-bar mechanism as an example,the specific process of mathematical modeling and solution is given under the design requirements of given motion law.The optimization results satisfy the objective of minimizing the sum of square error between the actual output angle and the given theoretical expected output angle.The geometric relationship between the actual input-output angle and the bar lengths is deduced,and the allowable value of the transmission angle and the bar length condition are taken as constraints.Finally,the optimal solution is obtained by programming in matlab.Through the analysis of error samples,the mean,standard deviation and variance are obtained respectively as follows:-0.0086,0.0129 and 1.6563*10-4.
