摘要
根据杭州-长沙客运专线外岗坞特大桥连续梁菱形挂篮施工实际情况,提出了用千斤顶反力法进行悬臂梁施工挂篮的预压承载力试验。使用MIDAS/Civil软件对菱形挂篮结构进行三维仿真分析,模拟挂篮承受梁段荷载时各构件的强度与结构应力;然后用液压千斤顶向反力架施压,利用其反作用力对挂篮进行加载预压,从而得出挂篮各部位的变形数据,将数据输入计算机绘出挂篮荷载-变形曲线,利用荷载-变形曲线得出不同荷载下的挂篮变形;最后根据现场观测数据,检验计算的准确性,以便准确控制挂篮的施工挠度,保证梁体线形。
In this paper,the rhombus hanging basket used during the construction of the Waigangwu large bridge ofHangzhou-Changsha passenger dedicated railway was case-studied. The method of the reaction from the jack wasproposed for the preload of the strength test of the hanging basket used for the construction of the cantilevered girder. Athree-dimensional simulation of the rhombus hanging basket was conducted using MIDAS/Civil. The strength and thestructural stress of the hanging basket were analyzed when the force from the girder was transferred. The jack was used tocause pression onto the reaction frame. This reaction force was preloaded to the hanging basket. The correspondingdeformation-load curve was recorded and analyzed. The observation was used to verify the calculation. In this way,thedeflection of the hanging basket during construction was accurately controlled to ensure the shape of the girder.
