摘要
通过现场调研、数据整理和统计分析,研究朔黄铁路的线路设备病害及线路设备状态检测模式。朔黄铁路线路设备病害主要是线路钢轨伤损和线路几何状态不平顺。朔黄铁路钢轨伤损主要集中在上行线,钢轨伤损的主要类型为轨头核伤,现有探伤周期基本可以及时发现大部分轨头核伤。朔黄铁路上行线测量区段内轨道几何状态不平顺(轨距、水平、三角坑)动、静态波形趋势重合较好,但是幅值有一定差异,动静态幅值最大差异在3.0 mm以内,静态值与动态平均值具有较强的相关性,可适当采用动态检测替代静态检测。
Through field investigation,data arrangement and statistical analysis,this paper studied the track equipment defects and the track equipment status detection mode of Shuozhou-Huanghua railway.The main defects of track equipment in Shuozhou-Huanghua railway are rail damage and track geometric irregularity.The rail damage of Shuozhou-Huanghua railway is mainly concentrated in the up line,the main type of rail damage is rail head damage,and most of the rail head damage can be found by the existing flaw detection cycle in time.The trend of dynamic and static waveforms of the track geometric irregularity(gauge,level,triangle pit)coincides well in the up line measurement section of Shuozhou-Huanghua railway,but there are some differences in the amplitude.The maximum difference of dynamic and static amplitude is within 3.0 mm,and the static value has strong correlation with the dynamic average value,which means the static detection could be properly replaced by the dynamic detection.
