摘要
为探究贵阳市观山湖区两栖类物种的多样性及栖息生境的差异性,2017年7月~2017年8月,采用样线法对贵阳市观山湖区两栖类物种及其环境因子进行调查,共记录两栖类14种,隶属4科8属。应用3种物种多样性指数分析方法(G-F指数、丰富度、均匀度)分析,结果显示:两栖类物种多样性指数为-0.0562,丰富度指数为1.5970,均匀度指数为0.4207。比较4种生境环境因子的差异性结果显示:海拔高度、裸露土壤面积、植被盖度为显著性差异(P<0.05),水面积、硬质地面积、植被种类、人为干扰均为极显著差异(P<0.001),环境因子的差异性是导致两栖类物种的种群数量差异性的原因。
In order to explore the diversity of amphibian species and the difference of habitats in Guanshan lake District of Guiyang,from July to August in 2017,the amphibian species and environmental factors in Guanshan Lake District of Guiyang were investigated by the transect method.A total of 14 species of amphibians,belonging to 4 families and 8 genera were recorded.Three methods of species diversity index analysis(i.e.G-F index,richness and evenness)were used.The results showed that the species diversity index of amphibians was-0.0562,richness index was 1.5970,and evenness index was 0.4207.By comparing the differences of the environmental factors of four habitats,the results showed that the altitude,bare soil area and vegetation coverage were significantly different(P<0.05),and the water area,hard land area,vegetation types and human disturbance were extremely significantly different(P<0.001).The difference of environmental factors was the cause of the difference of population quantity of amphibian species.
