摘要
[目的]筛选对福建省三明市烟草灰霉病菌更具抑制作用的杀菌剂。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法测定4种杀菌剂对烟草灰霉病菌的抑制作用,并进行了田间药效试验。[结果]室内毒力测定结果表明,4种杀菌剂对灰霉病菌的毒力表现为50%腐霉利可湿性粉剂>50%啶酰菌胺水分散粒剂>50%异菌脲悬浮剂>70%嘧霉胺水分散粒剂。田间药效试验结果表明,50%腐霉利可湿性粉剂、50%啶酰菌胺水分散粒剂和70%嘧霉胺水分散粒剂对烟草灰霉病有较好的防治效果,防效分别为91.04%、89.39%和88.06%。[结论]推荐使用50%腐霉利可湿性粉剂、50%啶酰菌胺水分散粒剂用于生产上对烟草灰霉病的防控。
[Objective]To screen effective fungicides to control tobacco grey mould.[Method]Toxicity test of four fungicides against Botrytis cinerea were determined by measuring the growth rate of mycelia,and the control efficiency of four fungicides in the field were studied.[Result]The toxicity level of four fungicides was in the following order:procymidone 50%WP>boscalid 50%WG>iprodione50%SC>pyrimethanil70%WG.The results of the field experiment indicated that the control effect of procymidone 50%WP,boscalid 50%WG and pyrimethanil 70%WG were 91.04%,89.39%and 88.06%,respectively.[Conclusion]The procymidone 50%WP and boscalid 50%WG could be used in control of tobacco grey mold.
