摘要
国际化是高等教育发展的必然趋势。“一带一路”倡议的实施为西部地区高等教育国际化发展提供了新机遇,同时也带来了新挑战。基于SWOT分析,系统梳理了西部地区高等教育实现国际化所面临的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁。西部地区高等教育要实现国际化,必须转变高等教育国际化发展观念,“引进来”与“走出去”并重;依托“一带一路”,挖掘人才培养新模式;打造国际化办学环境,内部提升与外部宣传相结合;运用公共网络平台,实现资源共享,培养急需人才;积极推进高校联盟建设,打造“一带一路”国家智库;促进西部地区高等教育国际化与“一带一路”倡议的深度融合。
Internationalization is the inevitable trend of the development of higher education.The implementation of"One Belt and One Road"initiative provides new opportunities as well as challenges for the internationalization of higher education in western China.Based on SWOT analysis,this paper systematically sorts out the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats faced by the internationalization of higher education in western China.In order to realize the internationalization of higher education in western China,it is necessary to change the concept of international development of higher education and attach equal importance to"bringing in"and"going out",rely on the"One Belt and One Road"initiative to explore new talent training mode,create an international school environment and combine the internal promotion and external publicity,use public network platform to realize resource sharing and cultivate talents in urgent need,actively promote the construction of university alliance and build"One Belt and One Road"national think tank,and promote the deep integration between internationalization of higher education in western China and"One Belt and One Road"initiative.
